The Yoga shala
The beautiful yoga shala where most of the training took place . It was a joy each day to go to the main shala surrounded by nature, a place of calm and learning.

The lovely villas where we lived . A haven to return to at the end of each days training.
Inside the yoga shala
Most of my time was spent in the yoga shala with my fellow yogis. The shala is surrounded by trees and the birdsong is a wonderful training partner.
